Returns Policy

We go to great lengths to ensure that your items are delivered to you in perfect condition. Occasionally, mishaps can occur and we guarantee that we will do our very best to resolve the situation amicably, and that you are totally satisfied with your purchase.

Print Only

Damaged or Faulty Unframed Print

If your Unframed Print is damaged in transit or is faulty, please keep all the packaging material and notify us as soon as possible. Once the return has been authorised, please re-package the Print carefully and securely and return to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced at no charge or to have a full refund including your return postage costs.  Replacement or refund will be commenced when we have received the returned Print.

Dissatisfied with Unframed Print

If you have purchased the Print only and for some reason you decide that you do not wish to keep it, then you have 14 days from the time of receipt to notify us - returns(@)theglasgowbridges.co.uk. When you contact us we will supply you with a return address and instructions on what you should do.

Return the print in the same condition in which you received it. Please keep all the packaging material should you wish to return the Print. You will be responsible for the return postage costs to us.  On receipt of the returned Print we will refund your payment.

Framed Print

Custom Made Frames

Each of our frames is custom-made by our frame manufacturer to suit the 841x297mm print dimensions and the frames are manufactured on receipt of your order.  Where these frames have been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds. For finished frame dimension sizes please see our Product Information page

Where an order for a frame has entered production and work has commenced, we are not able to cancel the order.

Once the return has been authorised, we will arrange to have the item(s) returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced at no charge or to have a full refund.  Please ensure that the item you are returning is carefully and securely packaged and ready for collection.  Replacement or refund will be commenced when we have received the returned Framed Print.

Framed Print Returns Authorisation

Any Framed Print being returned must have a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), obtained by contacting us via email - returns(@)theglasgowbridges.co.uk.

When you contact us we will supply you with a return address and instructions on what you should do.

Framed Print Unauthorised Returns

Any goods returned without a RAN (see above) will be held for 3 months from date of receipt. During that time you will have the option for us to return the goods to you at your expense, or arrange collection.
