What is your lead time? What if I need the frames in a hurry?

Dispatch of all orders is made within approximately 5 to 7 working days. Times may be greater to Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, we have a priority service available at extra charge. Please get in touch prior to ordering. If for any reason the timescales cannot be honoured you will be kept informed.

How do you deliver?

After the goods are manufactured, we dispatch using our UK courier service. In some instances we may use the Royal Mail when the courier company cannot fulfil the delivery service.

Can I request a time for delivery?

We currently do not offer this service. If you feel you have no other option then please get in touch  with us and we can see how we can accommodate you.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is FREE for both the Print and Framed Print for anyone living within the United Kingdom
